Step 1: Find the trigger point of soreness.

Step 2: Do not directly point the massage gun to the trigger. Start 20 cm away from the trigger point. Move slowly and gently along towards the trigger point and pause at the trigger point for 15-20 seconds.

Step 3: Repeat step 2 until your muscle groups feel better. Swap to a cone-shaped attachment if you think the massage cannot reach the deep tissue.
